Responsibilities:

Manage CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.

Handle confidential communications, draft correspondence, and prepare reports or presentations.

Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

Plan and organize executive meetings, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and follow-ups.

Assist with project management, tracking deadlines, and ensuring timely completion of initiatives.

Conduct research and compile information for decision-making.
- Provide administrative support to board members, including scheduling meetings, preparing board materials, and managing correspondence.

Coordinate with other administrative staff on tasks or projects.

Handle expense reports, budget tracking, and procurement of office supplies.

Support the CEO in special projects and ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-suite executives.

Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work independently.

Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
