These positions require a high school diploma (or equivalent) and completion of an extensive background check. Associates or college/post high school degrees and certifications are helpful but not required. **Pay**
The Starting pay range is approximately $30,000/year with possible top pay range of $78,500 after 25 years of service.

**Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Court Clerk. The Court Clerk will play a crucial role in supporting the legal proceedings within the court system by performing various administrative tasks and ensuring the efficient operation of the court.
**Duties:**
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain court records
- Provide administrative support by managing and organizing court files
- Conduct research as needed to support court cases and proceedings
- Interact with litigants, attorneys, and the public to provide customer service and assistance
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Perform clerical duties such as answering phones, interacting with the public and responding to emails
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in data entry or legal administrative roles preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
- Knowledge of court procedures and protocols are a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
