What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Specialist position at Lee County Youth Development Center?
Job Summary:
Under supervision and oversight, provides reception and client intake services for PCO Programs. Accepts calls and/or e-mails concerning referrals and placements; requests/accepts basic referral information and directs information to appropriate program(s). Uploads information into PCO Charity Tracker system or completes paperwork to be placed in applicable files. Assists with the management of PCO Service Driven programming in concert with other PCO staff and provides direct services to clients and families as directed. Gathers appropriate and sufficient information from referral workers or from clients requesting assistance. Communicates with staff, social service and community agencies, schools, businesses, children, youth, and families; directs and routes information to the appropriate parties. Produces records, reports, and documents using computer and other office equipment. Maintains files in both hard copy and electronic media. Provides general, as needed services to other programs located at PCO or LCYDC campus in conjunction with or absence of other office staff. Ensures operational compliance with all applicable Contracts, Grants and ANFRC Membership Standards. Performs other related duties as may be assigned.
Credentials and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree from accredited college or university. One year post college training in office and case management and service delivery or equivalent on the job training.
