What You'll Be Doing (aka: Your Day-to-Day Loft Life)

• Create a welcoming, upbeat, and personalized shopping experience
• Chat with customers, understand their needs, and help them find the perfect items
• Share the magic of Lee Douglas Interiors – from showrooms to design services
• Handle sales transactions, gift wrap like a pro, and keep things running smoothly
• Keep our store looking fab with restocking, displays, and occasional sparkle (aka cleaning)
• Team up with our warehouse for incoming product deliveries
• Help out with special projects and pop over to other locations when needed
• Stay on trend with home décor styles and share that knowledge with our customers
• Follow company standards and protect our chic assets

You Might Be Our Perfect Match If You…

• Have 1-2 years of experience in retail or home décor sales
• Love helping people and making their day
• Are detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and ready to multitask like a boss
• Are a team player who asks questions, takes initiative, and loves learning
• Are passionate about design, décor, and creating joyful spaces

Physical Stuff (Yes, You Might Be Moving Pretty Things!)

• Able to lift up to 50lbs
• Comfortable reaching, climbing, bending, and occasionally rearranging displays

Job Details
Position: Part-Time Sales Associate
Location: Lincoln, Nebraska
Hours: Up to 30 hours/week (weekends & some holidays included)
