As an Admissions/Marketing Director, you will:
- Be responsible for educating, problem solving, and building relationships with referral sources
- Network, advertise, and develop targets for active and future referral sources
- Conduct market research and use a variety of lead generating techniques to identify new leads within your market
- Make product recommendations depending on customer/market need
- Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches
- Work with marketing in delivering messaging that promotes company products, services, and tools
• Coordinate education for community and referral sources regarding services offered • Maintain census development by tracking status of occupancy and targeting census mix.
Qualifications for an Admissions/Marketing Director:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree (preferred) or three years' experience in sales/marketing, healthcare, or related field.
