Description:

  • Drive roller equipment over asphalt surfaces to be compacted and for smoothness
  • Have an understanding of asphalt material thickness, and material temperature to determining rolling range
  • Establish rolling pattern and determine paving width, roller drum width and drum overlap
  • Know how to minimize roller marks
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of roller experience
