About the Role :
Lee Recruitment Strategies is seeking Engineering Consultants to provide professional services in healthcare delivery systems for the Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) within the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) . This contract position focuses on ensuring the appropriate infrastructure, facilities, and equipment are available to support the medical mission.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide engineering and / or architectural expertise in healthcare delivery systems.
- Evaluate and optimize facility infrastructure, equipment, and operational processes to align with healthcare needs.
- Support planning and implementation of engineering projects within CMOP VHA locations.
- Ensure compliance with federal engineering standards and VHA guidelines.
- Conduct technical assessments, feasibility studies, and process improvement initiatives to enhance medical facilities' efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including healthcare professionals, facility managers, and regulatory bodies to achieve project goals.
- Utilize industry best practices and engineering methodologies to address safety, efficiency, and functionality in medical environments.
