About the Role : Lee Recruitment Strategies is seeking Inventory Specialists to support the Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) within the Veterans Health Administration (VHA). This contract position focuses on inventory management, movement, restocking, and accounting of supplies within various facility locations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and experience in inventory control, supply chain management, or logistics.
Key Responsibilities :
Perform inventory tracking, restocking, and movement of supplies across multiple locations.
Maintain accurate records of stock levels, item usage, and transactions.
Identify and classify types of supplies and equipment for effective organization.
Monitor stock levels and recommend reorder points for revolving inventory.
Assist in inventory audits, stock reconciliation, and loss prevention measures.
Utilize inventory management systems to record and update stock transactions.
Coordinate with vendors, warehouse staff, and facility managers to ensure timely supply replenishment.
Qualifications :
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
Strong knowledge of inventory tracking, stock control procedures, and order fulfillment processes.
Experience using inventory management software or ERP systems is preferred.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lift, move, and organize stock in a warehouse or facility setting.
Military experience is a plus, particularly in logistics, supply chain, or materials management roles.
