Calling all champions of summer fun and masters of customer service! Lee’s Summit Parks and Recreation is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Camp Summit Service Representative to join the dynamic team at Camp Summit.
This position will be working mid-May – August 8, hours vary. Responsibilities include answering phones, assisting patrons, processing registrations and payments, and assisting Camp staff with a wide variety of administrative functions. Our service representatives are behind-the-scenes wizards who sprinkle magic dust on every camper's adventure! This is a great position for those interested in a future business management or sales career.
Minimum qualifications include one year of customer service-related work. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age. Preferred candidates will have multiple years of customer service experience, experience working in an office setting and good communication skills.
This position will be scheduled 30-40 hours a week working various hours, applicant should be flexible.
