We are currently seeking a full time Sauce Master at our Leeann Chin Production Center in Burnsville to produce our award-winning proprietary sauces!
This position requires standing/walking for the duration of the shift and performing lifting and scaling tasks. The employee will participate in: Scaling and cooking sauces, setting up and cleaning equipment, verifying quality of product, packaging bags into boxes, palletizing boxes, and other miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
Essential Job Functions:
- Prepare, scale, mix, and heat sauces according to recipe.
- Ensure food products meet desired quality and food safety standards.
- Complete all product paperwork as required.
- Assist with packaging of final product.
Required Competencies:
- Ability to understand and follow written/spoken instructions and recipes in English.
- Commitment to follow all Company GMP and Quality procedures.
- Strict Adherence to safety standards and requirements.
- Ability to lift ingredients weighing up to 50lbs throughout the shift.
- Ability to operate forklift, or willingness to complete training for certification.
- Ability to work with all allergens.
What we offer:
- This is a Full Time, Non-Exempt/Hourly, Benefit eligible position
- Hourly pay rate of up to $21.00/hour, depending on experience
- Schedule is Monday through Thursday, 5:00am to 3:00pm
