POSITION SUMMARY
JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for company assets on an assigned shift.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains assigned bank per shift
- Accounts for all currency received or exchanged.
- Buys and sells currency/coin from casino guest.
- Redeems Blackjack chips, coupons and tickets.
- Cashes checks & credit card advances according to policy.
- Pays out slot jackpots and refills.
- Verifies funds from all revenue generating departments.
- Prepares and verifies Even Money Exchanges.
- Prepares Casino House Banks.
- Uses coin/currency sorters
- Maintain control of keys and logs to sensitive areas
- Maintains knowledge of all events in the property as a whole.
- Attends and/or facilitates all mandatory meetings and training.
- Maintains confidentiality at all times.
- Is sensitive to Native American Culture.
- Operates within the parameters of the Leech Lake Gaming Human Resource Policy, Departmental Policy Manual and all Tribal Internal Controls (TICs), and all other applicable regulations.
- Secures the assets of Leech Lake Gaming and the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
