Associate Attorney – Personal Injury (Defense or Plaintiff)
We are seeking a skilled Associate Attorney with experience in personal injury law, either on the plaintiff or defense side. This role offers the opportunity to manage cases from intake to resolution, work closely with clients, and develop litigation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle personal injury cases from pre-litigation through trial, including discovery, depositions, motions, and court appearances.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
- Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients in mediations and hearings.
- Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel to ensure effective case management.
- Develop legal strategies and provide guidance to clients on case strengths, risks, and potential outcomes.
- Stay updated on personal injury laws and regulations to ensure compliance and effective representation.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Bar admission in the state of practice.
- 2 years of personal injury experience (defense or plaintiff).
- Strong litigation, negotiation, and trial preparation skills.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Salary : $135,000 - $150,000
