About the Job:

  • Support our senior leaders in their daily tasks, including email management, calendar organization, and data analysis.
  • Develop and implement efficient administrative processes to improve productivity and reduce errors.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems to ensure compliance and transparency.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for employees and clients.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and services to ensure optimal performance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure effective communication with clients, colleagues, and vendors through excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Prepare and distribute important documents, reports, and communications to stakeholders.
  • Plan and coordinate company meetings, workshops, and training sessions to promote knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
