We are seeking an experienced and skilled personal injury attorney to join our team in South Miami, Florida.
About the Role
- Handle personal injury case files from start to finish, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Draft, review, and modify legal documents, including claims, motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, subpoenas, memorandums, and other relevant papers.
- Conduct thorough research on case law and premises liability, gathering crucial evidence such as insurance policies, medical expenses, medical records, and other pertinent information.
- Represent clients at hearings, trials, mediations, depositions, and litigation, providing expert advocacy and support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all case files in our case management system.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree is mandatory.
- Membership in the State Bar Association and a state license to practice law is essential.
- 1-3 years of experience in personal injury litigation on the plaintiff's side, with a strong background in litigation and a proven record of success in personal injury cases.
