Duties:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Conduct thorough balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
- Interpret financial reports and provide insights to management for decision-making purposes
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies
- Assist in the preparation of regulatory reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to reporting requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data for project accounting purposes
- Perform account reconciliations, including debits/credits analysis and resolution of discrepancies
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of SOX controls related to project accounting
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate accounting or project accounting roles
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and financial acumen
- Experience with balance sheet reconciliations and account reconciliation processes
- Proficiency in financial statement preparation and interpretation
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
