Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Project Controller to oversee the financial performance and reporting of real estate development projects. This role is critical in monitoring budgets, forecasting costs, and ensuring the financial health of multiple projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Budget Management: Develop, monitor, and maintain project budgets, ensuring alignment with overall financial goals.
- Cost Tracking: Track project costs, commitments, and variances to identify and address potential risks or overruns.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports, including cash flow analyses, cost-to-complete projections, and variance analyses.
- Forecasting: Provide accurate financial forecasts to support decision-making and project planning.
- Invoice Review: Review and approve invoices, change orders, and vendor payments to ensure compliance with project contracts and budgets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, developers, and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in accounting software and project management tools (e.g., Yardi, Procore, or similar platforms).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.

Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
