We are seeking a Purchasing Specialist to join the Operations & Logistics team of a large consumer goods and hospitality company. This role will assist management in the procurement processes, ensuring that the organization has the necessary materials and supplies to operate efficiently. This position will work with multiple vendors, manage data within the company system, obtain and update pricing, and maintain accurate records of purchases and contracts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in procurement/purchasing, vendor management, and data management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to report into an office environment on a Hybrid schedule
