Job Responsibilities:
- Establish, monitor, and enforce financial policies to guide decision-making.
- Prepare budgets by analyzing and consolidating financial data, and recommending actionable plans.
- Report on financial conditions through data collection, interpretation, and analysis.
- Perform routine accounting tasks, including payroll processing, accounts payable/receivable, cash forecasting, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and present weekly performance reports and administer management incentives and budgets.
- Ensure timely reconciliation and communication with external vendors.
- Oversee month-end close processes and produce accurate financial reports.
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and ensure strict adherence to accounting standards.
- Support HR functions, including onboarding, terminations, benefits administration, and compliance.
- Assist with year-end audits by organizing necessary documentation.
- Develop and implement financial systems and internal controls.
- Manage operational requirements, assign tasks, and monitor results.
- Protect sensitive financial data and serve as the administrator for critical systems.
- Manage contracts and leases, including maintaining summaries and tracking expirations.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- High School Diploma and six years of accounting experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business with at least three years in a large organization.
- Proficiency in both independent and collaborative work environments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities for financial records and reporting.
- Familiarity with accounting software and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of GAAP, financial policies, and territorial laws.
- Capacity to manage stress, multitask, and maintain professionalism under pressure.
- General ledger and month-end close experience preferred.
- Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
Salary : $90,000 - $95,000
