Duties

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including data entry into the company’s systems.
  • Communicate product information, services, and promotions effectively to customers.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while managing high call volumes in a call center environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
