Performance Responsibilities: Develop and deliver engaging math lessons aligned with curriculum standards. Explain mathematical concepts clearly using different teaching methods. Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments. Encourage inquiry-based and project-based learning. Integrate real-world applications and hands-on projects. Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities. Utilize technology and interactive tools to enhance learning. Work cooperatively with teachers, counselors, and other personnel. Provide constructive feedback to help students improve. Identify students' strengths and areas for improvement. Maintain a positive and structured classroom environment. Foster a growth mindset and motivate students to excel in math. Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about student progress. Attend professional development workshops and training sessions. Contribute to school committees or extracurricular activities (e.g., math club, tutoring programs).
