- Supervise Turbine Technicians and Project Subcontractors to optimize efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies for turbine and balance of plant maintenance, repairs, and other contractual obligations during low wind periods.
- Ensure timely submission of accurate daily work reports for project sites.
- Maintain efficient and economical utilization of materials, identifying opportunities for method improvement and waste elimination.
