We are looking for a skilled HVAC Technician to join our apartment maintenance team! You will install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems.
Responsibilities :
- Navigate several properties in our portfolio, installing new and repair existing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Fix plumbing and other routine building / apartment maintenance
- Assist apartment make-readies
- Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Special projects
