Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts at Lefty’s Alley & Eats. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and grow revenue across all segments of our family entertainment center. This role requires a strategic leader with a creative mindset, excellent project management skills, and a deep understanding of both digital and traditional marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute the marketing strategy to drive attendance, increase revenue, and enhance the guest experience.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to align marketing goals with business objectives and adjust strategies as needed.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning in the family entertainment industry.
- Brand Management
- Oversee all branding efforts to ensure a cohesive brand experience across marketing materials, digital channels, on-site signage, and customer service touchpoints.
- Lead initiatives to build brand loyalty and foster positive community engagement through creative promotions and events.
- Devop and execute public relations and external communications including press releases.
- Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Maintain and update content strategies for digital platforms, including website, email marketing, social media, and mobile apps.
- Leverage social media and online advertising to drive traffic and engagement while monitoring and optimizing performance.
- Advertising & Promotions
- Develop and execute advertising campaigns across various media channels, including digital, print, radio, outdoor, and TV, to reach target audiences.
- Partner with local businesses, schools, and organizations to drive community engagement and secure co-marketing opportunities.
- Plan and manage seasonal promotions, discounts, and special offers to boost attendance during peak and off-peak seasons.
- Customer Insights & Analytics
- Use data-driven insights to assess marketing performance, measure ROI, and inform future strategy.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as foot traffic, website traffic, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Collect and analyze data connecting marketing to sales generated.
- Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of marketing professionals, including social media coordinators, graphic designers, and event planners.
- Foster a collaborative work environment and encourage innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments (Operations, Sales, Customer Service) to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 3 years of experience in marketing, with at least 1 year in a leadership role within the entertainment, hospitality, or related industry.
- Proven track record in developing successful marketing campaigns and driving business growth.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Familiarity with the family entertainment industry, amusement parks, or similar customer-driven environments.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach.
