Responsibilities:
- Ensure management/ office schedule is organized, and all services are up to date
- Maintain Employee Data Information with 100% location accuracy
- Serve as a liaison between the office staff and management team
- Maintain office files, records and documents
- Manage day-to-day office operations and tasks
- Assisting with meeting/event coordination
- Arrange employee travel arrangements
Qualifications:
- 4 years of office management/ administrative experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Strong detail-orientation with the ability to multi-task as needed
- Positive, conscientious, team player who can effortlessly collaborate on teams and project lead as needed
Pay Transparency:
The starting rate for this opportunity ranges around $25/hr. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
