The role :
The General Manager is responsible for the oversight
of the operations at the venue. As the leader of the management team, this
position will be held to the highest professional standards. The General
Manager shall assume an active role in strategic planning, positioning,
policy-making and problem solving. They will be responsible for the effective
implementation and execution of all Swingers protocols and policies.
