Key Responsibilities
- Process various financial transactions, including receiving funds, posting transactions, paying out funds, issuing cashier's checks, gift cards, and completing change orders.
- Balance cash drawers daily to ensure accuracy and notify supervisors of any discrepancies.
- Research and resolve customer inquiries regarding policies, practices, and products.
- Assist other departments and branches with transactions as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
- Previous cash handling and/or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work a rotating open/close schedule and Saturday shifts.
