Job Description:Legacy Behavioral Health Services is hiring individuals with a passion for making a difference in their community! We are seeking a Program Support Coordinator to work in our Crisis Center in Valdosta, Georgia. The Program Coordinator works to ensure that the administrative support functions are accomplished accurately and timely per established parameters. This position provides a wide variety of support to the clinical services, program managers, and overall organization. Responsibilities include planning and coordination of program activities, ensures implementation and compliance of policies and practices, maintains budget and tracking expenditures/transactions In addition to administrative clerical duties, position includes preparation of clinical and operational reports, stakeholder engagement and feedback, payroll and personnel data entry and serves as a liaison for internal and external inquiries for administrative/clinical services.
The person in this position must be a multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. The Program Coordinator will coordinate community partnerships by providing polite, attentive, and professional communication and assistance via phone, mail, e-mail, and face-to-face. The Program Coordinator manages communication through media relations, social media etc., helps to build positive relations within the team and external parties, schedules and organizes meetings/events and maintain agenda and meeting minutes, ensures technology is used correctly for all operations (Video conferencing, presentations etc.), prepares paperwork and orders materials, keeps updates records and creates reports or proposals and supports growth and program development.
The coordinator must have experience with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. Position may represent the organization at community events in positive and knowledgeable manner. Other duties as assigned.

This position requires:
Associate degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred in business administration or mental health related field.
Valid Georgia DL in good standing
2 years of administrative support or working on mental health field preferred
Detail oriented and efficient
Tech savvy, proficient in MS Office
Experience providing services to the LBHS’ target population including familiarity with relevant culture(s) and language(s).
Relationship driven and practices equity and inclusion an all interactions with person served, co-workers, and community partners.
Promotes and demonstrates teamwork
Ability to problem-solve independently

Working Conditions:
Physical Demands: The physical demands include but are not limited to good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard. The position requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, intermittent physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping. Must have the ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 20 pounds.
