Position Summary:
This position provides support to the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department ensuring the efficient delivery of a wide range of HR Services. The HR Coordinator assists with tasks throughout all areas of the HR department with a primary focus on onboarding new hires, entry and maintenance of all employee personal and employment related data across multiple platforms, and providing front line HR support to employees and managers. The HR Coordinator will assist with guiding employees through various human resource processes and answering any questions that they may have.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business management, or related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of administrative experience required, HR experience preferred.
- Must be resilient and possess the ability to deliver results
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
- Excellent time management skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
