Legacy Dental & Orthodontics is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Patient Recall Specialist to join our team. JOB SUMMARY
The Patient Recall Specialist is responsible for scheduling patients that are due for return-to-office visits and/or procedures. The PRS does so by making outbound calls to patients as well as answering incoming calls from patients. The PRS also provides patients with general information regarding our offices and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer and make phone calls
- Schedule appointments
- Collect payments if needed
- Enter, organize, and update patient records
REQUIREMENTS
- One year experience in a dental environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- High level of customer service
- Professional and detail oriented
- Proficient in Windows, e-mail, and other computer systems
- Experience working with Insurance Providers preferred
- Bilingual/fluent in Spanish

$16-$18/hour
