Role Description
Manage all aspects of local and remote recovery operations to ensure compliance and staffing requirements of Donor Services are met. Develop implements and manages all standard operating procedures and other procedures as needed for the uniformity and quality of operations, and in keeping with Current Good Tissue Practices (cGTP’s). Maintains regulated operations in keeping with all applicable standards of accreditation and all regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience in tissue donation and recovery operations
- Strong organizational and managerial skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of AATB regulations and protocols
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (healthcare, biology, etc.)
- Previous experience in organ donation and transplantation is a plus
