SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE – This Role:
Energy Ratings
- Model homes for HERS Rating & EnergyStar clients
- Pull Plans for each home off the client portal
- Contact HVAC contractor (typically AC Designs) for HVAC Report for each home at time of Pre-Drywall inspection
- Complete reports within 5 business day Enter Energy Scores into portals for clients
- Perform Energy Field Rating
- Perform Blower Door & Duct Leakage testing
- Train new hire Energy Rating team members
- Be a consultant to clients and potential clients
- Help schedule Energy Rating jobs
- Help with office duties which may include answering office phone, cleaning/organizing
Materials Testing
- Help CMT Field with pick ups of soil and concrete samples in area you are working in or on slow days
- Help perform soil compaction testing on jobs in the area you are working in or on slow days
- Help with mix designs if around office and available
- Any other task needed to accomplish the mission and vision of Legacy
Work Vehicle
- Keep vehicle inside and outside clean and be organized
- While driving, be aware of your surroundings and maintain appropriate speeds and distance to avoid accidents or hard braking.
