products are crafted with passion and expertise, and we’re looking for a highly skilled

Corporate Executive Chef to join our team and elevate our culinary offerings.

Job Overview :

As the Corporate Executive Chef, you will oversee the culinary direction of our product

development, product innovation, and quality standards. You will collaborate with our

RD, quality, and production teams to ensure that our sauces and dressings reflect the

highest standards of taste, texture, and presentation. Your leadership will also extend to

providing culinary insights and guidance to our client relationships, including middle

market food service establishments.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the development of new sauces, dressings, and culinary applications for

our product lines, ensuring they meet company standards and market trends.

  • Provide culinary leadership and mentorship to the team, including developing
  • recipes, improving processes, and setting performance standards.

  • Collaborate with the RD team to test, refine, and perfect new product
  • formulations and production processes.

  • Ensure consistent, high-quality taste, texture, and presentation in all culinary
  • offerings.

  • Monitor and maintain inventory of ingredients, ensuring timely procurement and
  • quality control.

  • Develop and present culinary presentations, food styling, and demonstrations to
  • clients, customers, and stakeholders.

  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends, food safety regulations, and kitchen best
  • practices.

  • Act as a key representative for the company at industry events, food trade
  • shows, and client meetings.

    Requirements :

  • Minimum of 10 years of culinary experience, with at least 5 years in a senior
  • leadership role (corporate chef, banquet chef, etc.).

  • Proven experience in patisserie (pastry, desserts, and related culinary
  • techniques).

  • Strong background in banquet-style culinary operations, including large-scale
  • food preparation, presentation, and kitchen management.

  • Extensive experience working in product development, particularly within the
  • sauces, dressings, or food manufacturing industries.

  • Exceptional knowledge of food safety standards, kitchen management, and
  • industry best practices.

  • Ability to create and innovate across a range of cuisines while staying current
  • with culinary trends.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative
  • environment.

  • Culinary degree or equivalent formal education preferred.
