To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:
As a minimum, a high school diploma and two (2) years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a health care setting.
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or similar field, five (5) years of prior Human Resources Director experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting, and PHR or SPHR certification is preferable.
