We are currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist to join our team in Hampton, Iowa. The Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist will be responsible for all Accounts Receivable functions, including billing & collections, for our nursing facilities located throughout Iowa. This would also include submitting insurance refund requests, submitting monthly billing, reviewing admission agreements for discrepancies, attend and participate in departmental meetings and in-services, along with other AR responsibilities.
To be eligible for consideration applicants should have :
As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years of accounts receivable or insurance billing experience, well organized with attention to detail, highly motivated, ability to operate standard office equipment, and proficient in Microsoft Office. An associate degree in accounting or medical billing is preferred, but not required.
