Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect with Legacy Iowa by instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, setting and attaining facility-wide goals and creative problem solving.
Travel will be required to assigned buildings throughout the state of Iowa.
To be eligible for consideration applicants should have :
As a minimum, Associate's Degree with assisted living (AL) certification preferred. 1-2 years of experience in healthcare, human relations, marketing, business, and / or related fields is also preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
