Legacy Heating & Cooling is an up-and-coming HVAC company providing commercial services to the Inland Northwest. We are looking for Lead Commercial HVAC Installers to join our great team in Spokane, WA.
Pay Range: $25.00 - $35.00/hr, depending on experience and credentials

Position Summary: To install heating and air conditioning systems to company standards, providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Supervise the work of other installers, maintaining high-quality and timely job performance
Required Qualifications for Lead Installers:
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Ability to pass a background screening
- Minimum of 2 years of Commercial/Residential HVAC installation experience
- Must have EPA Universal
- Proficient in all HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems
- Proficient understanding of refrigerant, gas, and electric furnaces, heat pumps
- Exceptional safety knowledge of tools, testing devices, and surroundings
- General knowledge of sheet metal practices and fabrication
- Ability to test and balance the HVAC system
- Demonstrate advanced customer service skills and can communicate clearly ideas and explanations of problems to customers and coworkers
- Demonstrate the willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles.
- NATE Certifications are a plus but not required.
Candidates will be required to pass a background check upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
Salary : $25 - $35
