Responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent customer service to clients, doctors, and case workers
- Receive incoming referrals and verify eligibility of referral for services.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree
- English and Spanish Proficiency
- Flexible schedule for overtime as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- One to two years in a healthcare office setting.
- Experience with insurance verification, medical records, or patient financial services.
- Basic understanding of managed care organizations.
- Previous professional work experience.
