About the position:
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic front of the house cashiers to join our team at the Reno Sports Complex. Ideal candidates will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, serving food and beverages, and performing cashier duties at the POS. This role requires a friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
This position will be based at 2975 N Virginia St. Reno, NV 89506.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Greet customers warmly and inform them of specials and new menu items.
- Manage customer orders and process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Serve a variety of food and beverage items.
- Ensure prompt and courteous service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work and dining areas to uphold hygiene standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish items promptly to meet customer demand.
- Deliver exceptional customer service as a cashier.
- Accurately operate cash registers, handling transactions with precision.
- Foster teamwork and collaboration to maintain smooth operations during busy periods.
- Uphold company policies and adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines diligently.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
