ALL ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Sales and Marketing Assistant, your day starts by assisting our director of sales and marketing with key administrative tasks and supporting our efforts to boost occupancy and revenue. You then create and maintain meaningful relationships with prospective residents, business partners, and the general public. From crafting compelling marketing materials to managing social media and coordinating events, you ensure that our hospitality standards and personal touch culture are consistently upheld. Your role is vital in helping us connect with our community and enhance our residents' lives!
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience in sales and marketing, preferably in senior living
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) and CRM software
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with a positive attitude and a growth mindset
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
- Ability to perform administrative tasks efficiently
- Weekend and occasional evening availability
