Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Diesel Shop Operations Director located in Springfield, MO. The Diesel Shop Operations Director will oversee daily operations, manage teams, and ensure efficient workflow within the shop. The role involves coordinating repair and maintenance schedules, implementing and maintaining safety protocols, monitoring and analyzing operational performance, budgeting, and providing excellent customer service. The Director will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure the quality and availability of necessary parts and equipment.
