Job Description:
We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Appointment Setters to join our team. These individuals will be responsible for engaging with potential leads through various social media platforms, internal databases, and cold outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Search for and engage with leads on social media platforms
- Manage communications with potential leads to encourage appointment bookings
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Data entry skills with the ability to type at fast speeds with high accuracy
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, including verbal and written communication
- Experience using CRM systems (InfusionSoft, Keap), Google Docs, and software such as Zoom, Kixie, and Turbodial
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- 1-2 years' experience in lead generation and appointment setting
- Fluent English language skills
