Job Description

Primary Job Responsibilities :
- Assist in concept development, management and implementation of all aspects of events in multiple markets
- Coordinate and oversee staff and programs, ensuring smooth, flawless execution
- Source, develop and produce all programming materials
- Lead project meetings and develop status reports to ensure projects stay on course
- Develop strategies to increase brand-building activity
- Oversee on-site event execution to ensure brand standards, legal guidelines and client expectations are met
- Proactively approach and anticipate internal and external concerns and maintain level of flexibility to quickly respond to changing client demands
- Source and manage multiple vendor / supplier relationships required for events
- Create, manage and track budgets; monitor all expenditures to stay within budget parameters; communicate necessary changes to supervisor / senior management
- Provide leadership for account staff and other departments working on the account; mentor account staff, strive to fine tune, develop strengths and address potential areas of concern
- Create and track metrics for measuring success of programs
- Analyze results throughout program to make necessary adjustments
- Provide clients with timely post-event reports
- Identify new brand opportunities, sponsorships, supplemental programs, etc.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of client’s business, specific product / service, and competition
- Daily contact with multiple clients; responding to and managing client requests and maintaining open and frequent communication
- Work with HR to ensure policies, practices, initiatives, etc. are developed, communicated effectively and adhered
