Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- At least 3 years' mortgage or related experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with loan origination systems, particularly Encompass.
- Must have a good understanding of loan processing, underwriting and closing policies, procedures, governmental and agency requirements.
- Ability to demonstrate effective organization, critical thinking, analytical and poroblem-solving skills.
- Must be detail-oriented.
- Knowledge and understanding of risks, controls and audit processes.
- Proven ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential material in a professional and ethical manner.
- Effective time management and organization skills to prioritize multiple objectives and achieve volume goals.
