Position Summary :
Balance Assisted Living in Lodi, CA is seeking a dedicated and passionate Caregiver to provide compassionate and high-quality care to the residents in our community. Responsibilities of the Caregiver :
- Personal Care Assistance : Provide support with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, and feeding.
- Resident Care : Assist with mobility, positioning, and transferring residents as outlined in their individual service plans.
- Supportive Tasks : Help with meals, changing bed linens, and laundry duties as assigned.
- Dignity and Respect : Ensure residents’ privacy, respect, and dignity are upheld at all times.
- Health and Safety : Follow infection control procedures and standard precautions while providing care.
- Training and Development : Complete state-required training upon hire and annually.
- Communication : Report any changes in resident conditions or care needs to the care team and family members.
