We’re looking for a Medication Technician who brings not just skill—but care, compassion, and confidence—to every shift. If you're a natural leader who thrives in a collaborative, resident-focused environment, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
Safely assist residents with medications in accordance with physician orders and state regulations
Support residents with daily activities, including hygiene, mobility, and well-being
Communicate and document changes in condition using Alis software
Supervise and guide caregiving staff on your shift to ensure quality care delivery
Maintain accurate medication records, service plans, and a safe med room environment
What You Bring:
A heart for seniors and a professional, can-do attitude
Strong communication and leadership skills
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
TB test, fingerprint clearance, and background check as required by California law
Med Tech certification or training per state requirements (we’ll support the right candidate!)
Must be 18 years old and fluent in English (written and verbal)
