Summary: To promote, organize and implement the events of a community’s resident retention program.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Deliver exceptional customer service and provide professionally written communication through community portals, newsletters, flyers, and greeting cards.
Welcome potential residents, residents, guests, and visitors as they arrive in the community.
Manage the flow of the lobby, appointments, and walk-ins, offering refreshments and providing information about the community and the local area.
Network and build business relationships with local vendors, including entertainment, dining, hospitality, transportation, dry cleaning services, and health & fitness clubs.
Plan and coordinate resident events such as farmers’ markets, food truck coordination, beauty and fitness classes, wine tasting events, poolside barbecues, cooking demonstrations, and holiday celebrations.
Assist with dining reservations & shuttle services for residents.
Maintain an inventory of marketing collateral and assemble and deliver move-in gifts, and welcome new residents.
Address, mail, or deliver resident greeting cards, i.e., birthday, holiday, etc.
Promote community resident referral program.
Solicit contributions and/or coupons from area businesses and restaurants for community events for move-in packets.
Deliver off-site marketing material to local merchants such as real estate offices, fitness clubs, restaurants, pet stores, veterinary offices, local community stores, etc. Manage all overflow of resident packages through prompt notification and tracking.
Qualifications: Minimum one year of experience as a service coordinator, concierge, and/or guest services in property management, hospitality, or related field. Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills, with high professionalism. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education/Experience: High school education or equivalent; one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Math Ability: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Computer Skills: Word processing, Spreadsheets, Internet software, E-mail.

Benefits: Legacy Partners provides ten paid holidays each calendar year, paid jury duty absence, and up to five days of paid bereavement leave. Legacy Partners also provides paid sick leave and vacation benefits. All team members accrue sick time at a rate of 1 hour for every 30 hours of work, capped at 120 hours. Vacation time is accrued at the rate of 0.0385 hours for every hour worked up to 80 hours worked each pay period, capped at 120 hours during the first five years of employment. Employees with a regular work schedule of 30 hours per week are eligible for group medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, group life, and accidental death and dismemberment insurance. Employees enrolled for Medical Insurance will also have the option to enroll in a health savings account and receive an employer match. Employees may enroll in the company’s retirement plan (401k) following 90 days of employment and receive an employer match. Employees are also eligible for anniversary and sail-away. Other Compensation: Quarterly bonus potential. A housing discount (minimum 20%) may be available when living and working at the same site and when there is an open slot—the number of discounts are limited. A New Hire must meet rental qualifications to rent.
