Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for retail and a commitment to creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. This is a face-to-face sales environment.

Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging product demos.
• Assist in maintaining an organized sales floor.
• Process transactions accurately while handling cash with care.
• Upsell products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to effectively communicate with customers.
• Supervise junior staff as needed, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Experience

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance customer interactions.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures is a plus.
• A proactive approach to upselling and promoting products is highly valued.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also taking initiative when needed.
