Full-Time
As an MDS Nurse you will:
- Coordinate the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process.
- Complete Minimum Data Set (MDS)/ PPS accurately
- Complete LTCMI (Long Term Care Medicaid Information), or LOC (Level of Care) forms for the Medicaid payment process when applicable
- Perform duties in a timely manner consistent with CMS guidelines
Qualifications:
- Current Texas nursing license – RN or LVN
- Requires knowledge for working Minimum Data Sheets for all payers
- Minimum 1 years’ experience as an MDS/PPS nurse in LTC
- Experience with OBRA and PDPM
- Knowledge of PCC is a plus ( Point Click Care )
