Salary: $130K-$140K Plus Bonus (Based upon revenue growth and EBITDA)

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead and oversee our restoration operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business, including production teams, sales teams, and office personnel. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for business development and a proactive approach to challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure the highest standards of service are met.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize productivity and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to restoration services.
- Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage field teams to ensure efficient and safe restoration practices.
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, training, and retaining employees.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to optimize productivity and crew satisfaction.
- Financial Oversight:
- Manage budgets, financial reports, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and ensure payment schedules are established for all jobs.
- Adhere to annual company budget and financial targets.
- Client Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance companies, and vendors.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the restoration process.
- Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Business Development:
- Lead marketing and sales efforts to promote business growth.
- Coordinate with division managers to create an annual business plan.
- Develop and maintain subcontractor relationships.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the restoration, cleaning, and/or applicable construction industries on commercial, industrial, and/or institutional projects, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a management role, preferably in the restoration, construction, or related industries.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on performance and accountability.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and resource planning.
- Knowledge of restoration processes, including water damage, fire damage, and mold remediation.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and team members, maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
- Experience with restoration industry management systems (e.g., Xactimate) is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
