Job Summary:
Legacy Restoration is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Administrator to support our office operations. This position will focus on maintaining smooth day-to-day operations, ensuring our Five Star Standard of excellence, and providing essential support across multiple areas, including deposits, office management, and new hire preparation. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and takes pride in upholding a culture of professionalism and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Running the Deposit:
o Prepare, process, and record daily financial deposits with accuracy.
o Maintain thorough records of all transactions for auditing and compliance purposes.
o Communicate with internal teams to resolve deposit discrepancies promptly.
- Office Upkeep:
o Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
o Manage and address basic maintenance needs and coordinate with vendors as needed.
o Create a welcoming and professional environment for employees and visitors.
- Prepping for New Hires:
o Assist in onboarding by preparing workstations, equipment, and materials for new employees.
o Ensure all necessary documentation, supplies, and resources are ready for the new team members’ first day.
o Support HR and management with onboarding logistics and scheduling.
- Market Support:
o Collaborate with office management including sales and production to support general office needs which includes but is not limited to:
§ organizing materials for meetings
§ answering phones (inbound customer calls)
§ organizing interview packets
§ various other essential office duties

Qualifications:
- Education:High school diploma required; customer service experience preferred. Office Administration experience is a plus.
- Experience:
o Proven experience in office administration or a related role is preferred.
- Skills:
o Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
o Ability to work independently and take initiative while maintaining a collaborative mindset.
o Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Work Environment:
- Part-time position with flexible hours, typically 4 hours per day, Monday - Friday.
